Most ROB RUN technical problems have a known fix: loading freezes, error codes, crashes, FPS drops when moving the mouse, Easy Anti-Cheat errors, friends stuck on another server, missing purchases and lost progress. Check your PC against the minimum specs first, then find your symptom below.
Find what you see, then follow the support fix.
Stuck loading or freezing.
Check your connection, restart both the game and Steam, and update your graphics driver. Then in Steam open Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
Cannot reach the server for configuration or startup data.
Check your internet connection and make sure websites load. See the error code table below for every other code.
Game crashes repeatedly.
Close unused applications and restart your PC. If crashes continue, send support your PC specs, a description of the crash and the text of the error message.
FPS falls to single digits only while the mouse moves.
An excessively high mouse polling rate causes it. Lower Polling Rate in your mouse app (Logitech, Razer, Bloody and similar). Still stuttering: update GPU drivers, update the BIOS on 13th or 14th Gen Intel CPUs, and turn off overlays such as Discord or GeForce Experience.
EAC blocks the game.
Send support a screenshot of the error and your UID. Cheating with Easy Anti-Cheat active results in a permanent ban.
Party invite fails across servers.
Open the global map, select Prison and click Surrender to Feds. In prison, switch to your friend's server and resend the invite.
B-Coin purchase missing.
Restart the game and check your in-game mail. If it is still missing, contact support and attach your Steam receipt.
Items or base gone.
First check whether a wipe happened and that you are on the right Steam account. If the loss is unexpected, send support your UID, player name and the approximate time.
