ROB RUN Power Pyramid and Clans
The power pyramid decides who taxes whom on a ROB RUN server. It has five tiers, from the Hobo at Lenny's motel to the single Shadow Governor who leads the clan holding the central Highlands district. Pick a tier below to see how you reach it, what it unlocks and where its income comes from.

Found a clan from the Clan tab. You need laundered money in your bank account, not loose cash.

Ownership lasts the week
No one can seize a settlement from its owner before the wipe, and the Federal Raid resets plots and bases every seven days.

Districts are built from settlements
Player bases share one global map split into districts. District level changes which features and goods are available.
Hubs pay more
Every district has a central hub where loot sells for more than in Looty Bay.
Special structures
Some structures give nearby settlements defense, business bonuses or discounts, which makes those settlements worth holding.
