Enlist when slots are open
Go to the Looty Bay Police Station. You can sign up only while the force has open slots.
Every cop in ROB RUN is a real player. You enlist at the Looty Bay Police Station when a slot is open, get department gear and a patrol car, and earn from confiscations, arrests and bribes. The pay is lower than crime, but your own gear is never on the line.

The three payouts and how each one plays out against a Criminal.
| Payout | What happens | Criminal's side |
|---|---|---|
| Confiscation | The Criminal surrenders and you take the bag | They keep their equipped gear |
| Arrest | You take a masked Criminal into custody | One of the three paid outcomes of a stop |
| Bribe | The Criminal pays from banked money and you let them go | They keep everything in the bag; you get a solid payout |
Cops earn less than criminals do, which is the trade for never risking personal gear on a shift.
How a cop's loadout grows.
Badge levels unlock better department equipment. Since launch you can also buy police badges, and the selection depends on your home district.
When officers are stretched thin, players get a backup call that comes with upgraded gear and a temporary pay boost.
A Black Market lockpick opens other players' trunks, including cop cars, so do not leave confiscated goods sitting in one.

Loot Loss rules →What a death costs an officer.
An officer who dies in the city loses department-issued gear and nothing else.
Each consecutive death adds to your respawn time, so a reckless shift spends more time waiting than patrolling.
Accepting a bribe lets the Criminal keep the bag in exchange for your payout. Whether you accept is your decision.
The 4 Nov 2026 notes changed police pay, badge supply and how long a dead officer waits.
| Change | On a shift |
|---|---|
| Salaries | Police pay was cut by a wide margin, so confiscations, arrests and bribes bring in less than they did before that patch. |
| Looted badges | Badge drops from loot were reduced at the same time. Buying one is the reliable supply, and the catalog follows your home district. |
| Respawn timer | The wait before an officer comes back went up, and each death in a row stacks a further delay on that new base timer. |
