Case 04Looty Bay

ROB RUN Heists

Heists are the fastest money in ROB RUN and the fastest way to lose it. You mask up in Looty Bay, hit a target from a corner store up to a bank vault, then have to reach a fence before cops or rival crews take the bag. Here is each stage and the rule that decides it.

Heists in Looty Bay

What changes the moment you put on a mask.

Criminal status

Wearing a mask marks you as a Criminal. Police can arrest you and other players can treat you as a target. The status only clears once you leave the city, so plan the exit before the job.

What a Criminal risks

A Criminal who dies in Looty Bay loses the inventory. Surrendering to a cop costs the bag but keeps equipped gear, and a bribe from banked money keeps everything if the cop agrees.

Run the job in five stages

The order the Help Center recommends, from scouting to cash in hand.

01Scout

Walk the building first

Learn the layout and the getaway route before anyone is masked. Knowing where you leave matters as much as where the loot is.

02Control

Keep staff at gunpoint

Staff you leave unattended raise the alarm. Holding them buys the time you need to clear the target.

03Grab

Take what pays

Cash and valuables are the main prize. Loot can also include gear, vehicle keys, weapon mods, room keys, structure blueprints and land deeds.

04Escape

Get clear of the city

Leaving Looty Bay drops Criminal status, but the desert outside is lawless and anyone who kills you there takes all of it.

05Cash out

Sell and pocket the money

Sell valuables to the fence at the van marked with a dollar sign on the map, or at the Sales Center. Take the cash off the counter straight away.

Notoriety and selling

How a streak in one visit changes what the fence pays.

Streak

Notoriety climbs per city visit

Pulling several heists in a single visit to the city raises Notoriety. Higher Notoriety improves fence deals and unlocks perks.

Small crews

Solo players and duos start higher

Notoriety starts at a higher level for solo players and two-person crews, which offsets having fewer hands on the job.

Fence

Dollar-sign van

The fence works out of a van marked on the Looty Bay map with a dollar sign. Leaving cash on the counter is how runs get stolen at the finish.

Residents

Sales Center and district hubs

Settlement Residents get Sales Center access, and every district hub pays more for loot than Looty Bay does.

Launder it

Loose cash can be stolen or confiscated. Laundered money in your bank account stays safe until the next wipe.

Store goods at your base

Lenny's motel holds cash, but stolen goods need your own base.

Open other trunks

A Black Market lockpick opens other players' car trunks, including cop cars.
